Is your entire online inventory actually available?

Yes it is. We make new products available online as soon as we receive them. What you see online is what we have in-store. If it is drop shipped it will say in the description.

Do you ship internationally?

We are currently shipping to the 48 states, and PR excluding Hawaii and Alaska with Free over $100. There is automatic shipping adds for HI and AK. International gets $45 automatically. Our budget for Shipping is $15 on Free Shipping. The auto shipping is just an estimate not exact. Extra shipping will be collected before shipping from $$$ - $60. Ex $100 - 60 = 40 extra.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order after it's been placed, please contact us Immediately. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. We ship Same Day or Next Day.

Where is my tracking for my order?

We use Shipstation for all of our online orders. They send out an automated email with your tracking included once the shipping label has been made.

My product didn’t come exactly as shown in the product photo. Can I get a Refund?

Please be advised, some Veneer (stained wood) boards will come in random stain colors to us, and to our customers. If concerned about the color, please contact us prior to ordering to see what options we have available.

Is the merchandise authentic?

Yes. We are authorized retailers for all of the brands that we carry.  If you aren't getting your products from an authorized dealer, you could be getting cheap knock-offs.
