Exchanges and store credit only with original receipt within 30 Days

All returns must be unused, in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.  All clothing must have their original tags and be free of dirt, hair, fur and odors.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns (we DO NOT accept C.O.D.’s on return shipments).

For web store purchases, please contact us with a brief explanation for the return before shipping anything.

There is a 5% processing fee for cancelled orders that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns are allowed up to 60 days after purchase on orders placed between November 1 and December 31. For all other orders, returns are allowed up to 30 days after purchase.

US customers have the option to purchase a prepaid shipping label for $9.00. We will deduct this charge from your return.

Refunds are on the products purchased only. If you paid for shipping with your original order, shipping charges are not refunded unless we made a mistake with your order. 

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

If an item was purchased on clearance sale, it cannot be returned. These items have prices in red.
